ROAD INITIATIVE PASSED.  
 
The road assessment PASSED with votes counted this morning – thank you to Marsha Schramm and Ronda Emmons for leading the ballot committee.
 
Total votes submitted 610 with 410 voting Yes = 67.2%.
 
I’m sure there are lots of questions regarding the path forward to getting the road project started.
 
The next step is for the board to appoint a Planning and Road Construction Committee. Fortunately, we have several members with professional experience managing large construction projects.  Their first objective will be to engage a professional engineering firm to help with the planning.  If you feel like you have relevant experience and want to help please email your information to indianlake@ilpoa.org      
 
Rest assured that the community will have ample opportunity to voice opinions through surveys, emails and member meetings and will discuss at the Annual Members meeting on October 12^th 2024 at 1:00 PM.
