The ILPOA has recently renewed its road repair agreement with CSWR/CR. Confluence Rivers has also prepared a letter to the community that is available below highlighting their commitment to our community.

The ILPOA board has worked very closely with the water company over the last few years to improve communications and most recently developed a process with the CSWR subcontractor to obtain a weekly update of water leak locations to ensure timely repairs. It’s important for all to be aware that maintenance will not patch a leak location immediately with asphalt as the area surrounding the leak needs to settle, however the subcontractor and maintenance should be packing the leak locations with gravel and minus immediately after a repair.
