As discussed in our most recent Quarterly Member Meeting, the Board has committed itself to Five Focal Points for 2021 and to develop actionable and accountable strategies to support each Focal Point. On Friday evening, February 12th, the Board reviewed those preliminary strategies and made decisions for additional refinement. All will be discussed at our next Quarterly Member Meeting.

The Board’s Five Focal Points for 2021 are as follows:

1. Roads
2. Safety
3. Lake Restoration
4. Communications
5. Finances

It is our hope that during our next Quarterly Member Meeting we will be able to articulate not only the five individual strategies but how the five come together holistically within our Board’s community Mission, Vision, and Value statement.  So please plan to attend our next Quarterly Member Meeting either in person or virtually. I am confident that you will like what you hear.
