Last Wednesday we finalized tallying the votes from our recent ballot which was passed by the community.  The next day we forwarded our draft agreement to all the Board members for their review.  After incorporating the suggested changes from the Board, on Monday we forwarded the agreement to our attorney for their review.  Feedback on the agreement from our Attorney was received late Wednesday afternoon.  Pending an agreed upon legal description of the property, the lease should be ready for signatures. We are moving quickly to finalize the agreement with Marina; however, we must do our due diligence to make sure the association is protected.
