Over the span of the next few weeks, I will be hosting two separate, but equally important meetings that I hope interest you. The first meeting will be the initial 2021 Neighborhood Forum ( March 27th ) while the second will be the quarterly Member Meeting ( April 10th ).

As discussed at our Member Meeting in January, it is my desire to re-establish the Neighborhood Forums that Mary Beth Huffman began in 2017.  The idea of the Neighborhood Forum is to pull together a diverse group of ILPOA members in order to share ideas and thoughts about where we are as a neighborhood and how to move our Indian Lake community forward.  The atmosphere for each forum will be casual with a “led by members” format with myself and possibly other board members present to listen, answer questions, take notes, and bring the conversations and ideas back to the full board. 

Due to Covid restrictions and acceptable social distancing, there is a limit to how many members can attend each forum.  Please RSVP myself at bod.rdixon@ilpoa.org for your March 27th attendance.  I will schedule as many forums as are necessary in order to let all interested members attend at least one forum.    

The second separate but equally important meeting referenced above will be our second quarter Member Meeting.  As promised at our January Member Meeting, select board members will share our strategies for the fulfillment of each of our five focal board points for 2021 ( roads, lake restoration, safety, member involvement and financial health of ILPOA ).  Other topics of neighborhood interest will also be addressed, including but not limited to, our Association budget for 2021.
