Did you know that the ILPOA Board of Directors posts minutes of every regularly scheduled Board of Directors Meetings on the ILPOA web site as soon as they are complied?  As of the morning of our April 9, 2022 Member Meeting, the previous 10 ILPOA Board Minutes were posted on the web site for all members to review, comment upon and make inquiries into.

Following the April 9, 2022 Member Meeting, the Board has decided that 10 Board Minute documents may clutter the web site and act a deterrent to member access. Therefore, moving forward, we will maintain a rolling 90 days (1 quarter) of meeting minutes on the website (accompanied by the prior year year end financial report, 90 days rolling financial information, and a quarterly financial narrative). Additional minutes and financial reports can be obtained through the office.

Please visit the ILPOA web site and look under “documents.”  I think that you will notice that most topics discussed at our Board Meetings are discussed for multiple months prior to making a final decision. By following the monthly minutes, members have an ideal opportunity to engage in private conversation with Board Members literally within the decision making time period. As always, your input will be most welcome and appreciated.
