The following update was provided by Robert Dixon who chairs the ILPOA Communication Committee

I will chair the 2022 ILPOA Communication Committee with the assistance of last year’s chair Dan Cannon. Our first order of business is to form our committee. I have reached out to those who were on the committee at year-end in 2021 in hopes that they wish to continue their volunteerism.

The responsibilities of the communications Committee include managing the Go To Meeting audio and video credentials, managing the content and broadcast of our community FM radio station, and coordinating our ILPOA logo and art.

As of today, our FM transmitter is ready to go with a website that can be used to manage the playlist/content. In an effort to improve and increase board communication to our lake community, we are developing monthly board messages for broadcast.
