Yesterday, the Missouri court of appeals has denied the request for “Motion for Rehearing and/or Transfer” in case #SD36800, Brunts, O’Fallon, Williams, Wideman vs. ILPOA.  While we are one step closer, the appellants can still file an application directly to the Missouri Supreme court.  We should have further information within the next 2 – 3 weeks if they wish to appeal directly.
