June 23, 2022The ILPOA Board and the Marina have signed the Land Lease Agreement. The Marina chose the start date of July 1st to coordinate insurance requirements and to make payment calculation easier. The term of this agreement agreed upon by all parties will run from July 1st, 2022 through September 26, 2026.
