Dear ILPOA,

We have moved one step closer to the closure of case SD 36800, Brunts, O’Fallon, Williams, Wideman vs. ILPOA.  Today we received notification that the Missouri Court of Appeals ruled and issued its opinion affirming the trial court’s judgment in favor of ILPOA.  The appellants, represented by Levy, have 15 days to seek rehearing or transfer to the Missouri Supreme Court.  If they do not seek rehearing or transfer, the Court of Appeals will issue its final mandate of affirmance.
