ILPOA rules and regulations limit the discharge of fireworks to the week of July 4. Fireworks shall not be discharged before noon or after 11:00 PM. Fireworks will not be aimed into or at neighboring property. The ILPOA board has determined that for 2023, “the week of July 4” means that fireworks will be allowed from Friday June 30 until Saturday July 8.
