Ahead of the Labor Day weekend, ILPOA completed testing for e. Coli. We are happy to report that the test results were acceptable and that the lake is safe for all to use.  6 of the 7 testing locations showed very low levels of e. Coli. Cove 9 results were elevated relative to the other testing locations, however still within the acceptable EPA standard. The Cove 9 results were 86.5 parts per million, and the acceptable EPA standard is 122 parts per million.
