ILPOA Upgrading Member Gate Access Cards

September 15, 2022

17 Indian Hills Drive

Cuba, MO  65453

Dear ILPOA Member:

We are in the process of upgrading our Gate Access Cards to provide enhanced security and reporting capability.  As part of this upgrade, everyone who currently has a white proximity card will need to upgrade to a new card (at no cost to the member).  If you are currently using an RFID tag you will not be impacted by this upgrade.

The new cards are available now, however, you will continue to use your old card through 11/21/22.  On 11/22/22 you will begin to use your new card and your old card will be deactivated.  You can pick up your new card at the ILPOA Office during normal business hours (see www.ilpoa.org for office hours) and you will need to sign a form acknowledging receipt of the new cards.  If you have any questions you can call the ILPOA Office at 573-885-3630 or by email at indianlake@ilpoa.org.

If you are unable to pick up your new cards by 11/21 you can still access the community using the remote entry capability of the gate system.  This will require you to have your mobile number loaded into the system and then will use your 4-digit code at the guest directory to have the gate call you on this mobile number where you can press “9” to remotely open the gate.  Depending on your phone you may have to press the “9” key 2 to 3 times to activate the gate.

Card Replacements:

As per the approved ILPOA Gate Policy replacement cards can be requested at the following cost:

 First ReplacementSecond Replacement3+ Replacements

Thanks for your cooperation and if you have any questions, you can direct them to the ILPOA Office at indianlake@ilpoa.org or by phone at (573) 885-3630.
