As we have shared numerous times previously our maintenance equipment is aging, failing and we need to look at replacing some of the equipment.  Our most immediate need is a new mover as we approach a new summer season.  We have looked at trying outsourcing mowing but the bids we’ve received are higher than continuing to do the work in-house using our maintenance employees.

We are reaching out to our members to see if we can leverage any relationships you may have that would allow us to improve the price of a Kubota commercial mower or equivalent (see specifics below). If you do, please email me at bod.mbhuffman@ilpoa.org.
