As communicated previously in Member Meetings and via email ILPOA will begin a single provider Trash Service starting on June 1st, 2022.  In preparation for this Swinger will be delivering trash carts next week to all current Swinger Customers who do not currently have a trash cart.  For customers who currently do not use Swinger Sanitation for trash service, you can call them at (573) 885-7596 to set up new service and take advantage of the great offering ILPOA negotiated with Swinger Sanitation that is effective on June 1st.

As a reminder here are the highlights of the negotiated rates between ILPOA and Swinger Sanitation beginning June 1st:

• GREAT RATE – trash service will be one time per week on Tuesdays for a rate of $15/month or $45/quarter
• SEASONAL SERVICE (requires 6 months of continuous service) is available for the same rate of $15/month or $45/quarter
• FREE 96-gallon ROLL AWAY CART. Member is allowed another 32-gallon trash can at no additional cost.
• Additional 96-gallon roll-away trash carts are available for a rental charge of $8/month or $24/quarter.
• 2-YEAR PRICE PROTECTION – the contract is for 2 years (June 1, 2022 – May 31, 2024) with no pricing changes during this term.

For the association we negotiated the following:

• PROTECT OUR ROADS – Single Provider Service which reduces the wear and tear on ILPOA roads with trucks used by sanitation companies.
• FREE SERVICE FOR ILPOA  TRASH RECEPTACLES – ILPOA trash service which we currently pay for will be at no charge during the terms of this agreement which is a significant saving for our association.
• TWO FREE CLEAN-UP DAYS – Swinger will also provide, at no charge to ILPOA, dumpsters in support of our two Spring/Fall Clean-up Events.  These events have been popular with our members.’
