If you had viewed the earlier Quarterly Meetings in April and July, you are aware that the Long Range Planning Committee has established a Mission, Vision, and Values/Guiding Principles for our Community.  Step two of the process is to solicit input from the ILPOA members.  

As has been done in the past, a survey has been prepared and mailed.  You should be receiving it this week.  We request that every member fill out the questionnaire.  Everyone’s input is important.  

We would appreciate you returning the questionnaire to us promptly, by September 15.  Those results will be communicated to current Board members and ILPOA members.  The questionnaire leaves plenty of room for your thoughts/ideas.  

The results can be mailed to us in the return envelope provided (you will have to provide a .75 cent stamp), dropped off at the office, or slipped into the drop box located on the exit road side of the building during off-hours.  You can sign the questionnaire or be anonymous. 

We also have an option to email the survey to us.  The questionnaire is located on the website under forms.  You can email the survey to this email address:  membersurvey21@ilpoa.org.
