It may be quiet in the community as everyone settles in for the winter but the ILPOA Office is busy. We want to provide you with some quick reminders:

1. Annual Invoices: our annual invoices will be going out soon with your annual assessments due by March 1st. Any payments not received by 3/31 will be assessed a late charge.
2. Confirm Your Contact Information: There is a lot going on in our community so it is important that you keep the ILPOA Office updated on your contact information: mailing address, phone numbers, email addresses, etc. You can send these updates to the ILPOA Office when you mail your annual assessment checks. We are preparing a highlighted, laminated list of rules for your to keep in your watercraftt as a reminder for members and their guests. A complete list of our rules are on the ILPOA Website (www.ilpoa.org) or a copy can be be picked up at the ILPOA Office. All members and guests are expected to know and follow the rules or the member will be subject to citations and/or fines.
3. Renewal of Watercraft, Golf Carts/ATVs/UTVs, and Guest Cards: If you want to pre-order stickers or guest cards you can request them and send in your check (for annual dues, stickers, or guest cards) and we will fulfill them and place them in your member file. Please allow two weeks from the time request is received before coming into the office to pick up.
   1. Watercraft stickers are $25 each. You will receive two stickers that should be affixed to the back 1/3 of the watercraft and sticker should be on both the right and left sides of the watercraft above the waterline. If you’ve made any changes to the watercraft you own please make sure the ILPOA Office has a copy of the watercraft title for your member file.
   2. Golf Cart/UTV/ATV stickers are also $25 each and should also be purchased each year. As a reminder you must be at least 16 years old to drive a Golf Cart/UTV/ATV. Even if there is someone 16+ years old on the Golf Cart/UTV/ATV the driver must be 16 years old or the member will be subject to citations and/or fines.
   3. Guest Cards are important if your family and/or guests are using any ILPOA facility, beach, etc. and the member is not with them. Guest Cards are $10 each.
4. Gate Security Cards: If you have any additional gate cards beyond the cards allocated for each member on the deed of the property they must be renewed. Please email (indianlake@ilpoa.org) or call (573-885-3630) the ILPOA Office to confirm the renewal amount by type. Any additional cards (not member cards) not renewed by 3/1 may be deactivated in the system.

As a reminder, our office admin (Michelle) only follows our rules and policies. As a result, I ask everyone to treat her with respect. Curse words and threats will not be tolerated. As a reminder, we have cameras with audio at the office.
