As discussed during our January Quarterly Member Meeting, member annual dues invoices will begin to be mailed on Friday, 1/15/21. Annual Dues must be paid by March 1st or you will no longer be a Member in Good Standing. As a reminder, this will impact your ability to remotely open the gate for guests and vendors. Also, any unpaid balance of dues on 3/31/21 will have a 2% sum added to their unpaid balance.
Golf Carts, UTVs, ATVs, ORTVs Now Require and Annual Sticker
As approved by our members during our recent election/ballot, all Golf Carts, UTVs, ATVs, and ORTVs will now need stickers. The member cost of the stickers will be $25 and this will be an annual charge. The new stickers should be available by no later than 2/15/21 so make sure you stop by and purchase the new stickers.
We have been working with our Security personnel and they will begin issuing citations to members who do not have stickers on their Golf Carts/UTVs/ATVs, and ORTVs beginning 3/1.
Boat stickers ($25/boat) should also be available by no later than 2/15/21.
Also approved during our last election/ballot will be assessed fines for violations of any Rules & Regulation, By-Law, and Building and Use Restriction (BUR). There are no fines on the first citation but fines can be assessed on the second ($50) and three or more citations ($150) in addition to being made a Member Not In Good Standing on the third citation.
We have received numerous responses for members willing to serve on the ILPOA Fines Committee that will be available to address fine situations beginning in March.
Until we advise you that the ILPOA payment portal is online you can pay by check (mail or at the office) or cash (at the office). Look out for updates on our ILPOA Website and Emails from the Office with any updates.
Finally, I want everyone to know that we have a bridge post on our ILPOA website that has all the pictures that have been posted on social media in one location. Click here to see the article: https://ilpoa.org/letsbuildabridge/
