On November 22nd we will be converting over to the new encrypted proximity cards and readers.  As previously communicated via email (September 15, September 20th, and November 8th) and posted on our website (9/15 and 11/9 with links on social media sites), as well as during our Member Meeting  (also broadcasted on the ILPOA YouTube channel) your old cards will no longer work on the new card readers.  If you have an RFID tag you are not impacted by the conversion.

Michelle’s last day in the office will be on 11/22 and she will be out of the office the rest of this week (previously communicated on our website and via email on 9/22.  Michelle will also be on vacation from 11/28 through December 2nd.  If you are unable to upgrade your proximity by 11/22 at the ILPOA Office you can still remotely open the gate if your cell phone number is in the gate directory system (only if you are a Member in Good Standing).  If you want to ensure your cell phone number is in the directory you can call the office tomorrow (11/22) at 573-885-3630.
