Phase 1 Road Project Update & Second Assessment Installment
Dear Members,
As Phase 1 of our road project nears completion, we're pleased to share that by the end of the month the section from the Bridge to the Dam on the West side of the lake should be finished-
except for Sequoya and Pawnee, which we expect to complete later this year.

We hope you've had a chance to see the progress and agree it's a major improvement for our community. A special thank you goes to those who paid the full assessment upfront- your support
has been instrumental in getting us this far.

This week, invoices for the second assessment installment will be mailed. The due date remains December 1. We are sending them early so members have plenty of time to plan, and we
encourage anyone who is able to pay in full to do so, as it allows us to keep the project moving quickly and efficiently.

Please note: Members who have not paid their assessment are considered Members Not in Good Standing, which prohibits voting rights and the use of common community amenities,
including lake privileges. Once payment is received, standing will be restored.
